At Electric Service Credit Union, your privacy is top priority. This notice describes how we protect the privacy of your personal information. Throughout this notice, the word "information" refers to personal information about you that may not be publicly available.

Parties to whom we disclose the information

Financial service providers, such as our data processor, check printer, title companies and credit card processors. Non-financial companies, such as consumer reporting agencies.

We may disclose all the information we collect, as described above, to companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. We may also disclose information about you under other circumstances, as permitted or required by law.

If you decide to terminate your membership with us or become an inactive member, we will not share information we have collected about you, as described above, except as may be permitted or required by law.

How we protect your information

USA Patriot Act

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
